Eric Thomas Carver Named to Leading Lawyers List of Top Trust, Will and Estate Planning Lawyers in Michigan

Eric Thomas Carver, Detroit- and Bloomfield Hills-based member in the Firm’s Tax & Estate Planning practice, has been named by Leading Lawyers to its list of top Trust, Will and Estate Planning lawyers in Michigan. This recognition, accorded to just 23 attorneys statewide, was acknowledged in a full-page listing published in a recent issue of The Michigan Deal, a quarterly magazine jointly produced by Crain’s Detroit Business and MiBIZ (a Grand Rapids-based business journal) that provides news and analysis that relates to Michigan-based companies in the investment sector.

Carver, whose practice focuses on business entity planning, estate planning, family wealth transfers, fiduciary litigation, trust and probate matters, is the only Dykema attorney to be spotlighted as a Michigan Leading Lawyer in the areas of Trust, Will and Estate Planning Law in the 2014 Leading Lawyers list.
