Allison Scott Speaks About Mask Rules for California Workplaces on KCRW’s Press Play with Madeleine Brand

Allison Scott, Los Angeles-based attorney in Dykema’s Labor and Employment Group, appeared on KCRW’s Press Play with Madeleine Brand episode, “CA safety board votes to relax mask wearing at work, ahead of state reopening.”

The episode focused on California’s new Emergency Temporary Standards taking effect on June 15, the same day the state is scheduled to be fully reopened. Scott spoke about how the new rules will be put into practice in the workplace and the need for employers to develop a plan for reopening while taking into consideration employees’ vaccination status.
