Robert Boonin Quoted in SHRM Article about Overtime Injunction Appeal Request

Robert Boonin, Detroit and Ann Arbor-based member in Dykema’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, was quoted in the Society for Human Resource Management article, “DOL Seeks to Expedite Appeal of Overtime Rule Injunction.”

In the article, Boonin recommends that employers follow whichever plan of action they had chosen prior to the blocking of the implementation of new DOL overtime categories, given that even an expedited appeal would not be heard until after the Presidential Inauguration in January.
