Rob Boonin Quoted in SHRM Regarding DOL Wage Audit Program

Robert A. Boonin, Detroit and Ann Arbor–based member in Dykema’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, was quoted in the Society for Human Resource Management news roundup, “DOL’s PAID Program Will Launch in Early April.”

Boonin comments that the Department of Labor’s six-month Payroll Audit Independent Determination (PAID) pilot program, which allows companies to correct past compensation errors, is a fortuity for employers.
