The Dykema Automotive Institute panel discussion, “Doing Business in Korea and with Korean Companies in the U.S.,” is now available for viewing online.

The discussion—moderated by Dykema member (and leader of the Firm’s Korea Team), Jin-Kyu Koh—included panelists James L. Park, Chairman-Global Auto Systems, Inc., Joel Ewanick, President-Global Auto Systems, Inc. and Hoon Noh, senior counsel at Dykema and assistant leader of Dykema's Korea Team. In a lively and informative 75-minute session, the group examined the strategic, political, business, cultural and legal challenges/opportunities of doing business with automakers and suppliers in Korea, and with Korean companies in the U.S.
