Shelly Edgerton Comments on Relationship Between Credit Unions and Marijuana Industry in Credit Union Journal

Shelly Edgerton, Lansing-based senior counsel in Dykema’s Government Policy & Practice Group and former director of the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA), was quoted in the Credit Union Journal article, “Not serving pot shops? Legal weed still impacts your credit union.”

As Edgerton served as a panel member at the Michigan Credit Union League’s Annual Government Affair’s Conference, the article described her thoughts about how the push toward a wider acceptance of marijuana may possibly impact the future relationship between the industry and credit unions.
