Shelly Edgerton’s Comments on Michigan Governor's Cannabis Executive Order Appear Across Michigan Media

Shelly J. Edgerton, Lansing-based senior counsel in Dykema's Government Policy Practice Group, and former director of the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA), was quoted in several news sources following Gov. Whitmer’s executive order replacing the Bureau of Marijuana Regulation and the Medical Marihuana Licensing Board with the Marijuana Regulatory Agency, which would fall under LARA’s auspices.
