Jason Hanselman Presents at Republican National Lawyers Association National Election Seminar

Jason Hanselman, a Lansing-based attorney and member of Dykema’s Government Policy & Practice team, is a featured co-presenter at the Republican National Lawyers Association’s (RNLA) National Election Seminar, held in Las Vegas August 10-11.

In 2013, President Obama appointed a bi-partisan commission to study election administration, identify best practices, and make recommendations to improve the voting process. Hanselman’s presentation, titled “RNLA Response to the President’s Commission on Election Administration,” will cover areas of agreement and disagreement with regard to the Commission’s recommendations. The presentation will focus largely on issues such as online voter registration, early voting, and relatively straightforward enhancements for polling places to make election administration more efficient and improve the voting experience for voters.

Hanselman serves as Chair of RNLA’s Michigan Chapter.
