Richard L. Lieberman Discusses Tax Filing and COVID-19 Stimulus in Bloomberg Tax

Richard L. Lieberman, Senior Counsel in Dykema’s Chicago office and member of the Firm’s Tax Practice Group, was quoted in a Bloomberg Tax article, “Delayed Tax Filing Could Mean Larger Stimulus Check for Some.”

The article discussed scenarios whereby taxpayers might receive a larger stimulus check if they delay filing their 2019 tax returns. The article also included instances where people should file their returns quickly so they might qualify for a larger check.
