Abad Lopez Comments on Supreme Court EEOC Decision in SHRM Article

Abad Lopez, Chicago-based member in Dykema’s Labor & Employment practice group, was quoted in the Society for Human Resource Management story, “Supreme Court Bolsters District Court Determinations on EEOC Subpoenas.”

Following the Supreme Court ruling in McLane Co. v. EEOC, No. 15-1248, Lopez commented that district courts could now prevent the EEOC from imposing overreaching subpoenas.
