Donna McElroy Discusses Geekdom Sublease Terms in San Antonio Business Journal

Donna K. McElroy, San Antonio-based member of Dykema’s Labor and Employment practice group, was quoted in the San Antonio Business Journal article, “Harassment Claims Inside Geekdom Highlight Grey Area for Co-Working Spaces.”

In the wake of reported discord among some tenants of Geekdom—a shared workspace center in San Antonio, Texas—McElroy weighed in on the responsibility of landlords to intervene in altercations between sublessors, and acknowledged gaps in existing labor laws regarding collaborative work environments.
