Mel Muskovitz Recently Quoted in Corporate Counsel and JDSupra Business Adviser

Melvin J. Muskovitz, an Ann Arbor-based attorney in Dykema’s Labor and Employment Practice Group, was recently quoted in the Corporate Counsel article, “As the Workforce Ages, Discrimination Dangers Increase,” as well as in the JDSupra Business Adviser article, “Do Recent Events Impact Your Discrimination and Harassment Training?”

In both articles, Muskovitz discusses scenarios that could increase an employer’s chances of facing claims stemming from the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or the Genetic Information Non-Discrimination Act (GINA). He also offers insight into practices organizations can follow to help to avoid litigation.
