Jack Schaedel Authors Guest Post for Forbes

Jack Schaedel, Los Angeles-based member in Dykema’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, authored the guest post, “Time For A Tune-Up Of Rules Driving Uber, Lyft Litigation,” for Daniel Fisher’s Forbes column. In the article, Schaedel discussed contractor vs. employee classification and wage-and-hour issues stemming from the class action lawsuits in California against Lyft and Uber.
