Trio of Dykema Attorneys to Speak at Texas Association of Bank Counsel Convention

Texas-based attorneys Tom Alleman, Erin Fonté and Jerry Sanchez are all speaking at the 42nd Annual Texas Association of Bank Counsel (TABC) Convention, which takes place Sept. 20-21 at the Omni La Mansión Riverwalk in San Antonio.

The conference is organized by and for attorneys who represent financial service providers, state and national banks, and savings banks.

Alleman, who is a Dallas-based member in Dykema’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group and Director of the firm’s Insurance Industry Group, will speak Thursday, Sept. 20, presenting “Arbitration vs. Mediation: Now That We’re Here, What Are We Going to Do.”

Fonté, Austin-based leader of Dykema’s Financial Services Regulatory and Compliance group, as well as its FinTech, Payments and Digital Commerce group, and co-leader of the firm’s Privacy and Data Security Practice Group, will co-present “The Future of Home Loans: eNotes and eMortgages,” which is also set for Thursday, Sept. 20.

Sanchez’s presentation takes place Friday, Sept. 21 and is entitled, “EGRRCPA: Dodd-Frank Act Reform.” Sanchez resides in Dykema’s Dallas office and is a senior counsel in the firm’s Corporate Finance Practice Group and its Financial Industry Group.
