May 18, 2017

John (Jack) P. Schaedel, Los Angeles-based member in Dykema’s Labor & Employment practice group, was quoted at in the USA Today article, “Roger Ailes' death complicates sexual harassment cases against him.”

In his comments, Schaedel explains that the death of former Fox News Chairman and CEO Roger Ailes could affect both the defense and the plaintiffs in pending sexual harassment cases.
