Jill Vorobiev, Chicago-based member in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Group, was quoted in the Society for Human Resources Management article, “ADA Interactive Process: It Sounds Easy, So Why Is It Hard?”.

In the article, Vorobiev points out that the interactive process between employee and employer when identifying reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) can break down on the employer’s side if it does not have sufficient information from the employee.
