Aaron E. Lozano
Associate
Aaron Lozano is an associate attorney in Dykema’s Bankruptcy Practice Group, based in the San Antonio office. Aaron represents parties in a broad range of bankruptcy and restructuring matters, assisting clients to navigate bankruptcy proceedings, business reorganizations, bankruptcy-related litigation, creditor rights issues, commercial finance matters, and insolvency-related disputes.
Aaron has particular expertise in advising parties involved in bankruptcy proceedings, including debtors, official creditors’ committees, secured lenders, landlords, trade creditors, unsecured creditors, asset purchasers, plan administrators, liquidating trusts, and bankruptcy trustees. He enjoys advising businesses navigating financial challenges and assisting in rehabilitating the business whether through an in-court bankruptcy process or out of court restructuring options. Aaron is also a fierce advocate for creditors, working hard to achieve the maximum recovery for his clients.
Prior to joining Dykema, Aaron was an associate at a large regional firm, where he gained experience representing clients in some of the largest and most complex bankruptcy proceedings in the country. He also has valuable insight into the bankruptcy judicial process through experience in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas, interning for the Honorable Judge Tony M. Davis (ret.) during law school and clerking for the Honorable Chief Judge Craig A. Gargotta (ret.) after completing law school. Aaron leverages all of these experiences to achieve the best possible results for his clients.
