Abirami ("Abi") Gnanadesigan

Member

The attribute that distinguishes Abi Gnanadesigan from other commercial litigators is her perspective. Besides her substantive and procedural legal knowledge and superior advocacy skills, she is a model of service-oriented professionalism. Each client’s interests are her interests, and she appreciates the roles and needs of the people with whom she works closely.

Abi represents clients of various sizes and industries in state and federal courts and arbitration and mediation proceedings across the U.S. Among other clients and cases in her class action practice, she defends automotive manufacturers against product liability claims and employers targeted for wage and hour violations. Her intellectual property work involves protecting clients’ rights in copyright, trademark, and trade secret disputes. She also handles breach of contract, business tort, and other commercial suits.

To effectively counsel clients and understand their legal and business objectives, Abi plugs herself into their worlds. She researches their markets and competition, the goods they produce, and the services they perform. This self-education isn’t a helpful exercise; it’s Abi’s standard operating procedure.

Getting a good and efficient business result for a client is always my main priority.
