Aidan Maraachli

Senior Attorney

When complex product liability, class action, and commercial disputes arise, clients turn to Aidan Maraachli for practical, disciplined litigation counsel. Aidan represents manufacturers, automotive suppliers, and other businesses in high-stakes litigation matters.

His work often involves automotive product liability litigation, automotive supplier litigation defense, consumer class actions, and complex commercial disputes. He works with clients to develop strategic defenses that address both the legal and operational realities companies face when litigation threatens their products, operations, or reputation.

Aidan’s practice includes preparing discovery responses, negotiating discovery disputes, and assisting with overall discovery strategy as national discovery counsel in product liability litigation. He also conducts extensive legal research and drafts pre-trial motions.

In addition to his legal practice, Aidan is an adjunct professor at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.

While in law school, he served as the Editor in Chief of the University of Detroit Mercy Law Review. Prior to joining Dykema, Aidan practiced with a Michigan-based law firm, where his work focused on complex commercial litigation matters.

Earlier in his career, he served as a career law clerk to Magistrate Judges Curtis Ivy, Jr. and Michael J. Hluchaniuk and as a term law clerk to Judge Stephanie Dawkins Davis of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
