Senior Attorney


Andrew Quesada is a senior attorney in Dykema’s Business Litigation Practice Group, based in the firm’s San Antonio office. He focuses on construction and real estate litigation, complex commercial disputes, and employment-related matters.

Andrew advises clients on high-stakes litigation matters involving construction defects, mechanics’ liens, bond claims, contract disputes, landlord-tenant issues, eminent domain, and other complex business disputes. He manages cases from initial strategy through resolution, representing clients in mediation and trial proceedings.

Andrew works closely with clients to develop practical litigation strategies aligned with their business objectives. He represents clients in state and federal courts throughout Texas.

Andrew brings substantial experience from both private practice and public service. He previously served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. During this time, Andrew advised senior leadership on employment matters, internal investigations, regulatory compliance, ethics, and administrative law. He also served as a prosecutor, claims attorney, and special victims’ counsel, where he handled felony-level proceedings, complex investigations, and sensitive matters requiring disciplined judgment and advocacy.
