Anna Lantz is an associate attorney in Dykema’s Chicago office who practices in the Business Litigation Practice Group. She represents clients in commercial disputes and related litigation matters, with a practice grounded in legal analysis, written advocacy, and the development of litigation strategy.
Anna approaches disputes by examining the legal and factual record, identifying issues that may affect a client’s position, and developing clear, well-supported legal analysis.
Anna researches complex and less-settled questions of law, prepares legal memoranda, and reviews case documents to evaluate potential defenses and other litigation considerations. She also has experience providing pro bono legal assistance in matters involving expungements, immigration applications, and posthumous pardons. Her combination of research, writing, advocacy, and case analysis provides a strong foundation for handling commercial litigation matters from their early factual and legal development forward.
