Anthony Suniga is an associate in the firm’s Austin office. He focuses his practice primarily on complex commercial litigation and insurance defense matters. He serves as dedicated counsel to clients involved in high-stakes disputes, from initial case assessment through resolution or trial.
Anthony possesses a comprehensive and specialized background in navigating intricate liability claims and procedural defense across several key sectors. He maintains deep expertise in commercial trucking and transportation defense, including specific experience in freight broker defense, against catastrophic accident and cargo claims. Furthermore, Anthony is highly skilled in handling construction defect litigation, defending general contractors, subcontractors, and developers against claims involving both residential and commercial properties. He also has experience in insurance coverage and liability, where he has handled first-party coverage defense and has advised clients on general coverage issues. Rounding out his specializations, he has experience handling premises liability defense matters, addressing injury and loss claims arising from alleged hazardous conditions, as well as defending manufacturers and distributors in product liability defense suits.
