Bonnie Kirkland is a litigator with extensive experience representing clients in first-party insurance claims, banking litigation, employment disputes, federal procurement litigation, and other complex commercial matters. Her practice emphasizes strategic advocacy, clear communication, and efficient dispute resolution.
Bonnie regularly serves as a member of the defense team for a national insurance provider, handling first-party insurance claims throughout Texas. Her work includes high-exposure catastrophe claims arising from severe weather events, as well as complex coverage disputes. She brings significant industry and institutional knowledge to these matters and works closely with clients to develop practical, outcome-driven litigation strategies.
She understands how her clients work, knows their pressures and priorities, and delivers clear-eyed assessments of their risks and options when claims arise. In turn, clients appreciate her practical approach to matters and her agility in adjusting defense strategies to align with shifting goals and circumstances.
