Callie Fraser is an associate attorney in Dykema’s Dallas office and a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. She advises clients on commercial real estate and related business matters, including real estate finance, contract drafting and review, regulatory analysis, and compliance.
Having worked in two in-house legal departments in the energy and health care sectors during law school, Callie understands how legal requirements intersect with business operations, risk management, and regulated industries. She draws on this practical insight to help clients meet their legal obligations while pursuing their operational and commercial goals.
