Clint Dye is a litigation associate attorney based in Dykema's Dallas office, where he is a part of Product Liability and Class Action Litigation Practice Groups. He represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including product liability, insurance defense, construction defects, and complex commercial disputes.

Clint has experience managing complex litigation matters from intake through resolution, drafting and filing pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, preparing for and defending depositions, and regularly appearing in court proceedings and mediations. His background includes representing clients in civil defense and insurance defense matters, as well as handling litigation involving product liability claims and other high-exposure disputes. He has also represented plaintiffs in nationwide mass tort litigation, providing him with a broad perspective on litigation strategy and case development.

Before joining Dykema, Clint practiced with law firms in Texas where he handled a variety of litigation matters and developed experience managing large case dockets. His experience representing clients on both sides of the litigation process allows him to anticipate opposing strategies and develop practical, results-oriented approaches to dispute resolution.
