Courtney Ung focuses her practice on products liability and general liability defense.
Throughout her career, Courtney has defended product manufacturers against product liability claims resulting from personal injury or death, and has represented companies and individuals in general liability and premises liability matters. She also has experience in cases involving trucking accidents, habitability claims, professional liability, and contract disputes. Above all, Courtney is dedicated to understanding her clients’ businesses and motivations, striving to craft an individual and tailored approach to resolving complex disputes.
Courtney earned her J.D. from USC Gould School of Law in 2019, where she was a Gold Honors Scholar and member of the Interdisciplinary Law Journal.
