Danielle Bierlein

Danielle Bierlein is an attorney in Dykema’s Bloomfield Hills office who practices in the Product Liability and Class Action Litigation group. She supports the firm’s consumer litigation practice, focusing on automotive breach of warranty matters in California.
Danielle’s experience encompasses managing case-related documents and coordinating document collection and production. She reviews court filings to identify relevant records, arranges for those records to be obtained, and conducts privilege reviews as part of the discovery process.
Danielle also assists with written discovery, including preparing responses to post-mediation discovery requests in automotive breach of warranty cases. Through her document management and discovery work, she supports litigation teams in administering these matters.
