Danielle Shedd Reed

Danielle has experience with contracts, corporate relationships, legal research, and business documentation and brings an understanding of the operational and commercial considerations that can accompany legal decision-making.

Danielle has conducted complex legal research and prepared memoranda and other supporting documents involving corporate finance and commercial litigation matters. Her broader professional experience includes reviewing and executing contracts and confidential disclosure agreements and managing significant relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders. In an in-house legal setting, she researched U.S. and international employment developments and presented her analysis to senior corporate leadership, and she prepared legal research supporting strategy in significant environmental litigation. Her federal judicial experience also includes researching and drafting orders involving motions to dismiss, judgment on the pleadings, and default judgment, adding a judicial perspective to her legal analysis and written advocacy.

Danielle also developed her advocacy skills as a member of the National Moot Court Team and was inducted into the Order of Barristers in recognition of her advocacy abilities.
