As his clients know, Deron Wade has the uncanny ability to see around corners and anticipate the unexpected, an extraordinary talent he has developed over a highly successful, 24-year career litigating and trying lawsuits. This foresight allows Deron to navigate his clients through thorny, high-risk litigation, even in the most unfavorable venues.
An accomplished trial lawyer, Deron represents clients in courts, multidistrict litigation, and ADR forums from Maine to California and most places in between. He devotes much of his practice to defending automotive manufacturers in product liability, mass tort, and wrongful death cases alleging catastrophic harm. He also defends electric utilities and midstream oil and gas companies in high-exposure commercial disputes, breach of contract actions, personal injury, and property damage claims. Deron serves as assistant practice leader of Dykema’s product liability and class action defense practice.
