Fady Shehadeh is an Associate in Dykema’s Real Estate Practice Group, based in the Bloomfield Hills, Michigan office. He focuses on real estate and transactional matters, advising clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and complex property agreements to protect their interests throughout each transaction.

Fady joined Dykema as an associate after gaining hands-on experience in the Detroit office as a summer associate for two consecutive years, where he worked on a wide range of real estate and transactional matters. He assists clients with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and third-party agreements, providing practical guidance on compliance, risk management, and strategic decision-making.

His experience spans both commercial and residential real estate, offering clients valuable insight into Michigan’s property market.

During law school at the University of Michigan, Fady served as a student attorney in clinics focused on entrepreneurship, civil and criminal litigation, veterans’ issues, environmental law, and sustainability. This experience contributes to his broad, client-focused approach to transactional and compliance matters.
