Igli Psari focuses his practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity (including portfolio company transactions and other fund matters), complex joint ventures, acquisition/disposition transactions and corporate governance matters.
He has extensive experience representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies in their M&A activity, as well as independent sponsors, search funds and family offices in business and fund formation, acquisition/disposition transactions, corporate governance matters and strategic commercial transactions. His experience spans a variety of industries, including healthcare, information technology, consumer, automotive, business services, industrials and manufacturing.
