Jesse Castella
Associate (Pending Admission)
Jesse Castella is an associate in Dykema’s Dallas office who practices in the Corporate Finance Practice Group. He focuses his practice on corporate and commercial matters.
Jesse earned his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor of Volume 58 of the Texas Tech Law Review, Vice President of the Raider Bar Association, and Treasurer of the Investment and Finance Law Association. Prior to law school, Jesse studied at the University of Texas at Dallas where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance.
Before his licensure, Jesse gained experience in transactional drafting, legal and regulatory research, and business operations matters. He has performed work involving corporate compliance and federal tax issues, as well as researching contractual confidentiality and reporting obligations associated with artificial intelligence platforms. These experiences serve as a cornerstone to delivering practical guidance that aligns with each client’s specific legal needs and business objectives.
