Jessica M. Zeratsky

Jessica is a Member in Dykema’s Milwaukee office. She represents financial institutions and other lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, privately held and publicly traded businesses, school districts, and government authorities. She partners with her clients on commercial/creditor rights, banking and commercial finance, public finance, bankruptcy and restructuring, real estate, and general debtor and creditor matters.
Much of her time is devoted to managing client transactions. Jessica structures, documents, negotiates and closes commercial finance transactions across the country, including: secured and unsecured revolving credit and term loan financings, asset-based loans, tax-exempt financings, and real estate loans.
Additionally, Jessica counsels her clients in situations of financial distress, including workouts, refinancing of debt, creditor-debtor litigation, asset acquisitions and dispositions, restructurings and reorganizations, liquidations, and insolvencies.
Jessica is known for her focus on details, and on open communication and collaboration, with the goals of understanding client objectives, delivering customized solutions and maximizing value.
