Katharine M. Hude

Katharine Hude is the Senior Association Management Specialist/Staff Attorney overseeing the Government Solutions-Association Management group in Dykema's Lansing office, where she provides nonprofits legal services, association management, nonprofit consulting, and nonprofit advocacy services.

Kate Hude has a J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, a M.S. in Nonprofit Arts Administration from Boston University, and a B.F.A. in Theatre Design & Production from the University of Michigan. In addition, she serves as the executive director of the Michigan Association of Treatment Court Professionals and the Michigan Charitable Gaming Association. Kate and her team also provide full association management services to the Michigan Speech Language Hearing Association.

Kate is adjunct faculty at both Michigan State University College of Law and the College of Arts & Letters, where she teaches Nonprofit & Tax-Exempt Organizations and Contracts Drafting, and Nonprofit Law in the Arts, Culture Management, and Museum Studies graduate program.

A resident of East Lansing, Kate is active in the community, serving on the East Lansing Kiwanis Board of Directors.
