Logan Allen is an associate attorney in Dykema’s Dallas office who practices in the Corporate Finance Practice Group. He works with clients on corporate and business matters.
Logan graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of Volume 13 of the Texas A&M Law Review, was inducted into the National Order of Scribes, and participated in the Texas A&M Trademark & Copyright Legal Clinic. Prior to law school, Logan studied at Tarleton State University and earned his Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies, with a double minor in Business and Technical Writing, and a Master of Arts in Communication Studies.
Logan’s broader professional background includes social media marketing, project management, and communications involving multiple stakeholders. His prior experience and legal education complement his corporate practice and approach to legal research, written analysis, and client service.
