Lori McAllister is an accomplished litigator and seasoned insurance industry attorney. She recognizes that obtaining positive outcomes in disputes, transactions, or regulatory matters is often as much about understanding people as the law. While Lori provides comprehensive insurance industry counseling on all manner of transactions, she is particularly well known for converting mutual insurance companies into stock companies under Michigan's demutualization statute and the creation of mutual holding companies.
