Louis D. Kern
Associate
Louis is an associate in Dykema's Milwaukee office. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, asset sales and financial technology. With a background in financial and securities regulation, Louis brings a practical approach to counseling his clients and helping them navigate the industry.
Previously, Louis worked as an Associate Principal Examiner with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). While in law school, he served as the comments editor of the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform.
