Mark Jenson brings decades of experience as an inventor and leader of corporate medical device R&D IP generation efforts to bear on writing and prosecuting patent applications for a variety of clients. He also assists with due diligence projects and with the preparation of various types of patent‑related opinions. His assistance includes conducting searches, technical analyses of references, and drafting.
Mark appreciates the needs of corporate R&D in building an effective patent portfolio while understanding time and cost constraints and the often convoluted path of product development.
Mark has written patent applications in various fields and has assisted with the prosecution of those patent applications as well as patent applications drafted by others. He has particular experience in medical devices, industrial and consumer products, and vehicle accessories.
