Matthew Fellows
Associate
Matthew Fellows is an associate in Dykema's Bloomfield Hills office. He focuses his practice on complex commercial disputes, contract litigation, and business torts. His practice involves representing clients across various industries through all phases of litigation, including pre-suit counseling, discovery, motion practice, and trial.
Matthew brings deep and valuable insight into the federal judicial process gained from his experience as a Judicial Law Clerk in the U.S. District Courts.
Prior to his clerkship, Matthew served as a Trial Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice. In this capacity, he handled a variety of civil matters, gaining significant experience in federal court and developing a reputation for meticulous preparation and persuasive advocacy in high-stakes environments. This government service provided him with a strong foundation in managing complex, document-intensive cases and navigating intricate procedural rules.
