Matt Cassar is a business litigator who represents companies, executives, and entrepreneurs in complex commercial disputes. He has extensive experience handling contract disputes, supply-chain issues, construction defect matters, partnership and shareholder conflicts, business torts, product liability litigation, and other high-stakes matters in state and federal courts in Michigan and across the country.
Matt works closely with clients to develop strategic, results-driven solutions that protect their business interests while minimizing disruption to day-to-day operations. He understands that litigation involves more than just the legal issues at stake and approaches each matter with a practical focus on efficiency, risk management, and long-term business objectives. Matt is also an experienced courtroom advocate who takes pride in developing persuasive strategies and guiding clients through all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, negotiations, and trial.
