Natalie Skizas provides comprehensive legal guidance to clients nationwide in the healthcare sector. Natalie focuses on advising dental and medical service organizations on regulatory issues related to the formation, acquisition, and sale of group dental and medical practices. She also has extensive experience in ongoing compliance regarding corporate practice of dentistry and medicine laws, fee splitting regulations, fraud and abuse, and related issues. Natalie has successfully represented multiple clients in federal and state regulatory investigations related to all manner of healthcare issues.
In addition to her regulatory expertise, Natalie represents buyers, sellers, and private equity-backed platforms across the healthcare industry in multiple strategic transaction and negotiations, including acquisitions, mergers, and recapitalizations.
