Nusaybah Khan is an associate in Dykema’s Dallas office. She focuses her practice on corporate and finance matters.

Nusaybah focuses on delivering clear, effective solutions that align with each client’s business objectives. She applies a detail-oriented approach to a range of transactional matters, including commercial finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Nusaybah graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law, where she served as Teaching Assistant for Torts, a Qualified Student Representative in the Advanced Alternative Dispute Resolution Clinic, a Research Assistant and as a Business Manager of the Estate Planning & Community Property Journal. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Oklahoma and a master’s degree in public health from the George Washington University.

Before entering private practice, Nusaybah worked as a Senior Environmental and Cancer Cluster Epidemiologist with the Texas Department of State Health Services. In her role, Nusaybah oversaw and analyzed patterns of cancer in Texas and adverse health effects related to environmental issues. In addition, Nusaybah was part of the Texas COVID-19 response and served on the team that allocated therapeutics to hospitals across the state. Her background in healthcare research, healthcare regulations and data analysis enhance her analytical approach and attention to detail, enabling her to effectively advise clients on complex business and transactional matters.
