Rachael Slimmon

Rachael brings a unique and invaluable perspective, drawing on her prior experience litigating high-stakes insurance coverage and bad faith claims. This background gives her a tactical edge in identifying critical insurance-related issues that often drive commercial disputes. She is further distinguished by her trial experience, including her time as an Assistant District Attorney and her defense work for cities and government employees in civil rights and general liability matters.

Rachael received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she served as an Articles Editor for the Georgia Law Review and competed as a member of the school’s mock trial team. She earned her B.A. in History and Politics from the University of Virginia.
