Rachel focuses her practice on defending complex automotive warranty and product defect matters in state and federal courts. Her experience includes claims arising under federal and state warranty laws, as well as litigation involving alleged design defects, manufacturing defects, and failure-to-warn theories. She also works on matters involving warranty compliance and regulatory issues affecting automotive and consumer products companies.
