Rachel Garza
Associate
Rachel Garza is an associate attorney in Dykema’s San Antonio office whose practice focuses on commercial litigation. She represents clients in complex civil disputes in Texas state and federal courts, including matters involving fiduciary duties, contracts, and property rights.
Rachel’s litigation experience extends to criminal defense and appellate advocacy. She previously managed more than 380 criminal cases and presented oral arguments before the Fourth Court of Appeals. Her background includes representing clients in contested proceedings, managing a substantial caseload, and advocating before an appellate court.
Before joining Dykema, Rachel handled complex civil litigation in private practice and previously served as Deputy Special Project Director and Staff Public Defender at Texas RioGrande Legal Aid.
