Ryan Landry practices commercial litigation in Dykema’s San Antonio office. His practice focuses primarily on contract disputes, business tort, and first-party insurance matters. Ryan’s goal in any dispute is to truly understand each client’s unique priorities so he can advise his clients on the most effective strategy to achieve the client’s objectives.
Ryan is a litigator who simplifies complex matters for his clients. He litigates in state and Federal courts throughout Texas, and elsewhere when the need arises. He represents clients in all stages of litigation, up to and including dispositive motions practice, negotiated settlements, final arbitration hearings, and trial. His complex litigation experience includes class action litigation, large breach of contract matters, business disputes, and bad faith insurance claims.
