Sam’s diverse practice touches many aspects of the real estate industry, including land use and zoning, landlord/tenant, commercial leasing, eminent domain, acquisition, and financing. Sam routinely helps Fortune 500 companies, renewable energy developers, small businesses, and entrepreneurs through the zoning entitlement process.
Additionally, Sam also has significant experience representing clients in the cannabis industry, obtaining dozens of license approval at the municipal and state level. Sam’s unique combination of real estate and cannabis regulatory knowledge allows him to provide assistance to clients at every stage of the process from the beginning purchase of land all the way through obtaining licensure and opening doors for business.
Sam is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Real Property Society and serves as the Chair of the Membership Committee and is the editor of the E-Newsletter.
