Sarah T. Eibling is Senior Counsel at Dykema, where she defends automotive manufacturers, OEMs, consumer product manufacturers, and related businesses in complex breach of warranty, premises liability, and product liability litigation nationwide. Based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, and licensed in South Carolina, Sarah works with clients across the country to resolve high-volume and high-exposure claims efficiently, with a focus on protecting brand integrity and minimizing litigation risk.
Sarah focuses her practice on automotive and consumer product defense, including claims involving alleged vehicle or product defects, consumer protection statutes, and technical product performance issues. She partners closely with in-house counsel, claims professionals, and engineering teams to develop strategic, data-driven defenses that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
With two decades of litigation experience, Sarah represents clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States. She handles all phases of litigation—from early case assessment and dispositive motion practice to trial—delivering practical, cost-effective solutions at scale. Her experience includes serving as regional and national counsel, managing large portfolios of product liability, premises liability, and commercial litigation matters.
