Tiffany H. Eggers
Senior Counsel
Tiffany Eggers is an attorney in Dykema's Dallas office. She focuses her practice on litigation matters.
Tiffany brings more than 25 years of trial and supervisory experience in state and federal courts. She has tried nearly 140 jury trials—including 49 in federal court—and most recently led the U.S. Attorney’s Office’s Cyber and National Security Section.
A 20-year DOJ veteran, Tiffany previously served as the Criminal Chief for the Northern District of Texas, overseeing all criminal prosecutions and supervising a team of more than 65 Assistant U.S. Attorneys. Her experience spans healthcare fraud and other white-collar matters, including securities, tax, mail, wire fraud, ransomware, cyber breaches, national security threats, public corruption, and money laundering. She is a recognized national authority on cybercrime and has led investigations and prosecutions in some of the country’s most complex and high-profile cyber matters.
Tiffany earned her J.D., cum laude, from the Florida State University College of Law and her B.S. in Criminal Justice, summa cum laude, from Jacksonville State University.
