Tina T. Toma is a litigation attorney specializing in automotive procurement and supply chain management. She gained industry experience during her five-year tenure at a leading Tier One supplier, where she resolved complex commercial, quality, and logistics disputes, including matters related to Section 232 and 301 tariffs and the COVID-19 pandemic. This experience enables Tina to provide legal counsel and effective strategies for resolving similar challenges.
In addition to her legal acumen, Tina is a skilled negotiator, having earned a Gold Medallion from Comprehensive Negotiating Strategies (CNS) for completing over 100 hours of advanced negotiation training. She also understands the socio-political and geopolitical factors influencing international negotiations to resolve contract disputes, particularly with Latin American, East Asian, and European counterparts.
Tina earned her Juris Doctor (JD) magna cum laude from Detroit Mercy Law, ranking in the top 15% of her class. She was also a Dean’s Fellow (full-tuition scholarship) and founded the Chaldean American Law Student Association.
